Run-through part 2
Bulgaria, Malta and Lithuania weren't wearing their final clothes today, however Bulgarian ones could have been seen during their first rehearsal.
Bulgaria has delivered another very professional and confident performance. Funnily enough they have thrown the heart in water and it took some time to discover it (this throwing attempt is in video). Serbia was up to demands, everything on point: singing and dancing. Malta was very good and confident again. Netherlands has presented the new costumes which are very good, much better than previous variants. Ukraine still have problems on screen, as director completely misses the dolphin gimmick, otherwise it was very good. Lithuania just may get to the list of favourites if Macedonia fail, as Egle delivered very good performance.
Macedonian rehearsal was very short, just test audio run as Bobby is very ill, he has fever and was yesterday taken to the hospital, but it is expected he will be OK by Saturday. Finally Cyprus has no troubles at all.

3 flawless rehearsals so far. Armenia and Belarus are using final costumes, while Romania is not yet. Armenian hand-made costumes are absolutely fabulous. Belarus greatly improved from the first rehearsal, while Romania and Armenia remain excellent both in choreography and vocal performance.
While seemed gone at the previous rehearsal, today Russian vocal problems are back. There has been some stops and drinking water occasions. The choreography and presentation, however is perfect. Apparently, Misha has been singing too much on yesterday excursion both in bus and on open air and hurt his voice. There is some time to improve it though, but vocally today's rehearsal was a complete failure. I should also note impressive exit of dancers from stage you'll see on Saturday.
Greece is as good as it can be with this performers, song and staging. Niki and girls try their best and complete the choreography pretty well.
Georgia is perfect on stage and rather improved with more close-up plans on screen. This is everyones favourite in Limassol and destined to do well. The synchronization of three vocals is amazing.
Belgium is again perfect. I absolutely love the work of dancers and overall performance is excellent.

Wednesday rehearsals part 2
Lithuania is very catchy. She also communicates with hall a lot, saying Hello, Cyprus, then inviting to clap hands. The background is very good as well. However, stuck between two favourites this may get lost.
Macedonia is facing serious problem in fact that during the whole performance Bobi never, not a single time looks into camera. This is very important as the performance looses a lot from it. Hopefully, there still is time to improve it.
Cyprus is very good. With some luck it can surprise and finish closer to the top.
Rehearsals Day 2 part 1
Serbia was first on stage. The performance is very well rehearsed, choreography is synchronized. I like how Maja looks on stage, it is very confident and good vocally performance. Her hair style today is great as well. However, I have some doubts whether this is catchy enough for televoting.
Malta is very impressive on stage. Few people in the hall, made of besides Maltese team of ESCKaz editor and Serbian performers, love it and want to start to dance and clap along it. Vocally it is perfect and I especially want to note that little Francesca is doing her job absoultely amazingly. Malta's fate will depend on jury.
Marissa is giving excellent vocal performance, but, unfortunately her performance is very static, and there is nothing to explain to viewers what the song is about. It's fate will depend on juries as well.
I'd say now that Ukraine is 90% winner. Though I think that both dresses tested tonight aren't perfect, the confident performance with a lot of choreography and accessoires combined with catchy song can produce an excellent result for them.

Tuesday rehearsals part 2
Greece is simply going nowhere. For some reason they've opted for live backing vocals and the performance shows it was a mistake. The idea is there, they use rain imitation and umbrellas, but I'm afraid girls are lacking charisma and definitely should imrove their work with cameras.
Georgia was pretty impressive vocally, however the biggest problem there is that stage look very much empty for this presentation, especially considering how small singers are himself. I consider that as a pretty big minus.
Belgium is third flawless performance of the day. The new presentation works miracles and I absolutely love it.

Rehearsals Day 1 part 1
First rehearsals. Absolutely no questions to Romania and Armenia. Everything sounds and works as it should be. Armenia also have two live backing vocalists.
Belarus is not ideal. There were a lot of questions to the work of microphones, but I rather had questions to work of vocalists and dancers. Both choreography and singing are not that clear as they should be. Perforamance has very good and effective beginning, but the end is rather messy. Gimmick with heart is not working as it should be. However, there still is enough of time to cope with that.
Russia has pretty good presentation, which fits the screen pretty well. Vocally it is also fine, though could be perfected. However, as it appeared Russia is again breaking one of JESC rules, 1.1.2.b of the regulations stating that backing vocalist should be on stage during presentation. Seva is sitting in hall. In 2005 Russia had same breach of rules. I will try to discuss this question with EBU.
