It was business as usual today in the betting markets with not a lot of movement.
The only real price crash in the outright market was Estonia, who rehearsed yesterday and won the press centre poll.
Norway did well enough to not disappoint.
France had a slight drift in the market since their staging didn't exactly ignite the fireworks, but was solid all around.
Italy drifted in the market a bit harsher because people were expecting more of the staging.
Quite a big reaction in the press hall after the first run from Italy. Fabrizio and Ermal don't seem to be wearing their stage outfits yet. Their staging is mostly red and they have kept the concept of the video clip with (parts of) the lyrics on screen in many languages. For most of the song the two stand in the middle of the stage with the lyrics projected in different angles, but during the bridge they split up and each walk to one side where they stand on the bridges, to meet each other for the last lines of the song.
The camerawork looks pretty solid for a first rehearsal and so are their vocals.
Germany seems to have also brought their own LED wall.
Michael Schulte stands on his own on stage - it's very very dark through most of the song we see white projections on a white wall, showing keywords and images of the song. In the second verse we get to see the pictures sent in by fans.
After the bridge we get psychedelic red-black circles going round which don't fit the song at all. Vocals seem to be better than at the national final, the second time already sounding even better, but I'm afraid I really don't like how it looks on stage.
