The only singers who managed to get on stage during Welcome Party were Moldova and Armenia accompanied by Romania. Sirusho presented her song, which she wrote for Nico and Vlad, accompanied by Hayko on keyboards.
Most popular artists, judging by crowd around them were Ukrainians who also brought Verka with them. Russians had huge crowd as well, but mostly from Russian language press.
