Starting tonight Waylon Music performs one new song a day for five days - one of which will be the Dutch Eurovision entry in Lisbon. The choice has been made already but will only be revealed next Friday 2 March - and not on Saturday 3 March as mentioned before.
"I've chosen the final official entry for Portugal with my heart in any case. You could also choose based on calculations, on other entries, making up a story around the song or wear a glitter suit for support. The issue then is that you're choosing with reason, which is useful to understand a choice, but not to make it.
In the end it's me who will stand there, sing it and accept what will be.
The love for music is still a personal choice and that's how it should be!

In the final of the National selection of Ukraine for the Eurovision 2018 Jamala will present her new song "Kryla" while the finalists will perform a medley of Eurovision winning hits. Already tomorrow, on February 24, live on STB and UA:Pershiy will be held the main musical event of the country - the final of the National selection for the Eurovision. In the final battle, VILNA, The Erised, LAUD, Kadnay, TAYANNA and MÉLOVIN will fight for the ticket to Lisbon.
The final of the National selection 2018 will be opened with the medley of the brightest winning songs of the "Eurovision" in the performance of all six contestants. And the evening's premiere will be the presentation of the song "Kryla" from the winner of the "Eurovision-2016" and a jury member of the National selection of Jamala.
- The song "Kryla" says that each of us needs the support of other people. I do not like the concept of selfmade, because, in my opinion, it is untrue and exalts us above the others. We are born in certain families, parents direct us, educate, invest in us their love. At every stage of our life there are people who help us, inspire. This is especially important in difficult moments, when you sit and think: "Well, why me? Why do I get the most difficult tests? Why do other people live happily, and I am the most miserable?" At these moments you need these wings, whether it be faith, an angel or a loved one next to you," Jamala said.All week the six finalists spent many hours rehearsing, honing their performances and working on the mistakes, which they were pointed at by the judges of the National preselection.
- This week the participants had the opportunity, with the help of the STB team, to finalize their stage productions in order to showcase them in the final exactly as they see them on the main stage of the Eurovision in Lisbon. Someone corrected mistakes, changed attire, someone worked with light or props; there are those who are sure that their number is so good, and you do not need to change it. Rules of voting in the final of the National selection do not change: the artist wins, whose scores from judges and spectators will be highest. If there are several such contestants, the winner is the one with the highest score from the televote.
In parallel with the live on air broadcast there will be a live broadcast of the National selection on the official pages of the STB channel: on Facebook under the hashtag #EuroSTB2018, on the Youtube channel and on the site stb.ua. Broadcast will be run in HD quality and without interruptions for advertising.

Public vote for San Marino's ESC entry 2018 has started!
On Global Rockstar website, fans can vote for the 11 San Marino finalists by becoming shareholders of their tracks. The candidate reaching the highest funding on the platform until the 3rd of March 2018, will receive the highest number of points in the public vote.
1in360 and San Marino RTV have chosen an innovative voting system to measure true fan engagement in their public vote for the selection of the San Marino candidate and song. „There's nothing more significant, to measure real belief in an artist and his song than by measuring how many people, and to what extent, are willing to take a financial investment in that track" say Mathias Strasser, CEO of 1in360, the producer of the San Marino talent show.
Therefore, Global Rockstar was engaged by 1in360 to conduct the public vote on its innovative royalty-based-crowdfunding platform www.globalrockstar.com. On the platform, ESC fans are invited to listen to all 11 potential ESC candidates and songs, to decide in which one they truly believe by making an investment.
Fans then become shareholders of that track and earn money for the term of copyright (average 70 years) from every stream and download, no matter if it represents San Marino at the Eurovision 2018 or not. Those who make the right choice will be „co-owners" of a Eurovision track. All other tracks are also published and marketed worldwide.
The minimum invest on the platform is 2.- EUR (lowered again on the request of fans) and entitles the investor to receive 0.0125% of future net royalties generated by streams and downloads. ESC songs in the past reached up to 120 mio streams on Spotify, which equals a revenue of approximately 960,000.- EUR. Owners of shares from the right track can make a great profit.

The decision about the official San Marino entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 will be taken by a combined public/jury vote in the live finals on 3rd of March.
The jury and the public will each award points according to the Eurovision system (12, 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 points). Whoever achieves the highest funding amount via Global Rockstar will receive 12 points in the public vote. If more than one candidate raises the same amount, all of them will receive the same number of points and the pool of the remaining points will be reduced accordingly. For example, if two candidates receive 12 points, the next best candidate will receive 8 points. If two candidates receive the same number of points from the jury and the public, the jury vote prevails.
The jury will be constituted by a panel of music industry experts appointed by 1in360, which will include Alessandro Capicchioni, San Marino's Head of Delegation. Christof Straub (founder of Global Rockstar) and Zoe Straub will not be part of this jury.

3.17 million viewers have watched "Unser Lied für Lissabon"4.42 million spectators in the top saw the live show "Unser Lied für Lissabon" on Thursday evening, February 22, on Das Erste. On average, there were 3.17 million viewers. The market share of the 105-minute ESC preselection show was 9.9 percent.
Michael Schulte won with the song "You Let Me Walk Alone", which he co-wrote with Thomas Stengaard, Nisse Ingwersen and Nina Müller at the ESC Songwriting Camp. Stengaard was also the co-author of Emmelie de Forest's Danish ESC winning song "Only Teardrops" in 2013. With twelve points from each, Michael Schulte was in front among all three groups who were allowed to vote - among the television viewers, the 100 members of the Eurovision panel and the international jury of experts.
Michael Schulte says: "That was my big dream: I really wanted to go to the ESC in Lisbon. And that has now come true!"

Band Eye Cue will represent Macedonia at the Eurovision 2018 in May, in Lisbon, Portugal. They will perform the song "Lost and found" written and composed by Bojan Trajkovski and arranged by producer Darko Dimitrov.According to the internal selection rules, the MRT commission unanimously concluded that the chosen entry on the Eurovision stage will best be brought by the group Eye Cue, which is the songwriter's own group with the vocalist Marija Ivanovska.
382 songs from domestic and foreign authors arrived at the public call that was made by the Macedonian Radio Television, and the jury composed of music journalists and public service representatives selected the song of Eye Cue as the Macedonian entry. The committee in three voting rounds have shortlisted 12 best entries and then determined the winner.

The commission was unanimous in the view that the chosen composition has a contemporary sound, impressive refrain and lyrics, outstanding and original vocal abilities of the performer.

08. Illaria - Syla
Illaria - is an Ukrainian singer, composer and poet. Contemporaries appreciate her works as a new breath of Ukrainian ethnic music. On the domestic stage ILLARIA is distinguished by her mystical image, original repertoire and sensual strong voice. For the love of Ukrainian lyrics and folk songs, the actress is often called the "soul of the country." She received professional music education in KIM named after R.M. Glier where she currently teaches vocals. During the 10 years of solo work ILLARIA has recorded four studio albums, performed at the best festivals in Ukraine, went on tour in Canada, and also many countries of Europe and Asia.
ILLARIA was already a finalist of the National Eurovision preselections in 2014 and 2017, and was also a part of the national jury of the contest. This year ILLARIA will fight for the right to represent the country with her song "Syla", which will be performed in two languages.
"I wrote it myself, wrote it in two languages, I put in it not only a musical idea, but a certain message, and now this song is the soundtrack of my life, it's absolutely honest and it coincides with what I feel now. There is a Ukrainian flavor, ancient, ethnic ... I want to imagine this kind of Ukraine: strong, powerful and ethnic.
This song I got in a dream. I woke up at night and wrote it from the beginning to the end. This is a kind of channel that opens to you, you are sent a song, you record it and realize it physically here on the Earth. I am very happy that it is about the Ukrainian land. But it is very important for Ukrainians and Europeans to convey the idea of the song to other people, because the vocalist is not only a singing head, it is also a thinking head. And I want my thoughts too to be understood"

List of songs which will be competing in German national preselection "Unser Lied für Lissabon" has been released. The music spectrum ranges from pop song to piano ballad to "New Folk Music". Three of the titles were written in the dedicated Songwriting Camp , where the acts met with national and international composers and producers in January. In Portugal, shootings of the postcards of the Eurovision 2018 participants are in full swing. Presently, representatives of France Madame Monsieur, Czech Republic Mikolas Josef and Malta Christabelle are in the country. On Saturday, February 10, live on the STB and UA:Pershiy channels the broadcasts of the National Selection for the Eurovision 2018 have started. In parallel with the TV broadcast, in HD quality and with unique content during commercial breaks, the live broadcast of the National Selection was broadcast on STB official pages on Facebook, Youtube and on the site stb.ua. The viewing rate of the live broadcast of the first semifinal took record figures, reaching almost 300,000.
In less than a day (from 19.00 on February 9 to 12.00 on February 10), the number of views of the broadcast by users of Facebook exceeded the mark of 150,000, and organic reach was twice as large. For today, the viewers rate has already exceeded 162,000, the engagement is above 27,000, and the total reach is over 344,000. And these numbers continue to grow. The broadcast on Facebook collected almost 500 reposts, more than 2300 likes, 5.4 thousand comments, and the number of views reached half a million.
On the website of STB live broadcast of the first semi-final of the National Selection has collected 20,962 users and more than 34,000 views. For comparison, last year's broadcasts (without backstage reports) amounted to 11,603 users and 19,743 views.
On Youtube channel of STB live broadcast of the first semifinal collected 91,827 views. At the peak of her time, 10,687 users (last year - 6,571) were watching. In Youtube, viewers watched for 2,047,536 minutes, it's almost 4 years of continuous viewing, and left about 10 thousand comments.
Recall that during the commercial breaks on TV, users of Facebook, Youtube and visitors to the STB site were able to see for the first time everything that happens behind the scenes of the National selection: the preparation of artists before the entrance to the stage, the re-arrangement of the props, the first emotions after the performances, interviews of judges, star guests and many more.
The hosts of the live broadcast from the backstage of the first semifinal of the National Selection-2018 were the correspondent of the program "Vikna-novini" Artyom Sorokin and STB journalist Victoria Yurchuk. 03 - JULINOZA - Hto ya?
JULINOZA is a band that opens the audience a phantasmagoric world of a new generation of music. It was created by the composer, pianist and vocalist Julia Zaporozhets and drummer Igor Chebotarev. JULINOZA became a participant and laureate of many international festivals of contemporary music, its extraordinary compositions can be heard not only on the radio stations of Ukraine, but also abroad.
The track "HTO YA?" (Who am I?) was created by Julia Zaporozhets specially for the Eurovision 2018. Following the magic melody of the song, listeners will travel to distant worlds in search of themselves.

Croatian entrant to Lisbon will be revealed tomorrow morning. Hint: he/she has already competed in Dora.
Supernova 2018's semi-final winners are determined by aggregating the voting results, consisting of the vote of the audience by phone and SMS, voting on the Supernova website, unique listening to songs on the Spotify Music Streaming Platform, and the jury's rating. Due to a technical failure on Saturday, February 10th, the Riga Reggae Group picture was added to the RITVARS profile during the voting on the Supernova's website.
After evaluating the situation, the organizers of the competition have decided to cancel the results of the Internet voting obtained from the vote on Supernova's website. Summing up the results without the internet vote, Markus Riva is ranked second in this semifinal, so he will be given the opportunity to take part in the finals on February 24th. RITVARS, who ranks third after reviewing the voting results, remains in the finals, confirmed by the competition producer and the head of the Supernova 2018 project Ilze Jansone.

Just a little is left before the Final of the Belarusian qualifying round of the international song contest "Eurovision-2018". Already this Friday, February 16, on the air of the TV channels "Belarus 1" and "Belarus 24" will be announced the name of the lucky person who will represent Belarus at the prestigious music forum in Lisbon in May.
Meanwhile Belteleradiocompany continues preparations for the final gala concert. Tomorrow in the studio "600 meters" of the media holding will begin work on the installation of equipment and stage. On February 15 in the "600 meters" individual rehearsals of the finalists will be held. The dress-rehearsal of the show will be held on the afternoon of February 16, the press service of the BTRC informs.

"Lie to me" was never created with the intention of actually going to the Eurovision. I made it, and then I received a phone call: "Do you want to participate in the national finals, we like the song" And then I said: yes I do, but the song - we need to make some changes in lyrics (for it to be allowed to the contest). I've already went to the studio to work on it and I am about to finish it, so of course it will be different", says the artist about his new song

This evening selected members of the Eurovision press were invited to a large screen viewing of the first instalment of the San Marino section process 1 in 360. The evening was hosted by the PR company behind the whole concept and was a chance to meet both presenters Nick Earles and Kristin Stein and one of the judges Neon Hitch as well as the team behind the production.
Complimentary wine, beer and nibbles and a small social chat ensured everyone was relaxed and hopeful for a great evening. This new concept for San Marino, in fact a new concept to Eurovision, is in its first year and the team behind the show have made it very clear they are in to win and are extremely serious about the whole process.
After the showing there was a brief discussion on what the press thought of the show, whom we thought performed well and would be good to see progress to win the San Marino ticket for Lisbon in May.

Speaking about the first track Monsters singer says that it has everything needed for the Eurovision. The song is beautiful, it can be danced, and in addition, the song is kind of Aalto's self-portrait: a bit strange and mystical. "I'm weird and mysterious just for the reason that I'm from Northern Finland!", Aalto laughs. Monsters were born in London on Christmas holidays in 2017. The ideas of the four songwriters clicked very well and the process of action was quick and easy. The preparation was made in 4-5 hours. "Already in the composers' room, everyone was of the opinion that this is your Eurovision tune. It has been safe since then", Saara says with a smile.
Saara Aalto says she is a happy and bright person, but according to her own words, growing in the darkness in the middle of the forest is visible also in her songs. "For the whole of last year I have been going through the approval of my own fear. Do I accept myself as I am", Saara opens.
She says that London has been an acceptable and encouraging environment. At the same time, Aalto tells she has realized how much he has been left with uncertainties and traumas that he has not previously been accepted. Saara has had to rebuild his thought model.
This is what Monsters are about: encountering traumas and fears and leaving them behind. The song tells how life can be neglected, leaving little monsters in the head. They are scary and do not allow make choices.
"Let all of them go now! I have my life. I will not let the internal demons to make decisions, but I will make them myself and I am strong", Sarah sums up the essence of the message

Portugal continues to accept the artists of the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 for the recording of the postcards and the singer Sennek (Laura Grueseneken), Belgian representative in the contest, came to Lisbon to shoot her postcard.
After landing, the singer spoke about this experience: "What a fantastic day! Sailing is so relaxing and thankfully I already had some experience. Navigating the Tagus River was a wish I had and now I have realized it! Despite the cold inside the boat, the sun was shining"

Fan club INFE Azerbaijan reports that final version of AISEL entry is currently being recorded in London. Filming of music video will be following later with the song released in March.
It is worth noting that members of so-called Dream Team Dimitris Kontopoulos and Ilias Kokotos are currently in London working in studio. Various photos from it have been posted in Instagram. The running order for the Slovenian preselection semifinal has been revealed. The preselection for EMA 2018 will take place on Saturday, the 17th of February, in Studio 1 of TV Slovenija. The sixteen performers will compete for a place in the final, which will be held on the 24th of February.The preselection will be broadcast on Program 1 of TV Slovenija, RTV 4D, Val 202, Radio Maribor and Radio Koper at 8 pm.
The semifinal will feature sixteen songs, eight of which will proceed to the final: four by telephone voting and four by jury selection.

Julia Samoylova will perform at the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 mid-tempo song in English, the singer told in a radio interview. She noted that she is currently working hard with coachs, including on the English pronunciation.
When asked if the new song or the last year's one is better, the singer replied: "For me it's better, it's closer to what I'd like to do myself."
The singer only confirmed that her stage presentation is being directed by Alexey K. Golubev, noting that she was chided by the broadcaster because she had posted this information to the social network before she got the permission.
Singer noted that considering her song and upcoming stage act she aims for the Top 5 finish in Lisbon.
The premiere of the contest song will be held in March, closer to the date of the HoDs meeting.
Speaking about Eurovision 2017, Samoylova noted that she liked the performance of the winner Salvador Sobral.

Already this Saturday, February 10, the National Ukrainian preselection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 starts. The live broadcasts will begin at 19:00 local time (18:00 CET) simultaneously on the STB and UA:Pershiy channels. In parallel with the TV, STB will launch a live broadcast on its official Facebook page телеканал СТБ under the official hashtag #EuroSTB2018. For the first time, users of social networks will have an opportunity to feel themselves in the epicenter of the main event of the year, in real time, watching everything that happens on the site of the National Selection.
The broadcast will be run in HD quality without interruptions for the advertisements. What happens behind the scenes and on the stage during a commercial break, how the fans support the artists, interviews of judges, members of the National Selection team, live broadcast guests and, of course, the semi-finalists themselves - all these things Facebook users will be able to see by joining the broadcast on the official page of STB.

Romanian Television will have a premiere in the history of the Eurovision international contest. This Sunday, the semi-final will take place in Salina Turda, at 90 metres deep. The artists will climb the stage located in Rudolf salt mine, in a natural and glamorous scenery, which measures no less than 50 metres wide and 80 metres in long.The logistic effort for the organisers, to place 20 tonnes of technical equipment in the underground, has been indeed a huge one. There are 13 km of electric cables, optic fibre, triax and communication elements which have a route of 500 de meters. 7 days took the organisers to lower the scenery and the technical elements in the salt mine through an old extraction well. The first rehearsals will take place on Saturday.
In order to make the show in these special conditions from Salina Turda, the Eurovision team counts on a lights show created with 70 intelligent mobile heads and 70 conventional projectors, a sound system, with perimeter speakers and also 30 square metres of LED screens.
Elena Gheorghe and Ad Libitum Voices are having the performances of the Eurovision semi-final in Salina Turda.Elena Gheorghe, has represented Romania at the 2009 edition of the international contest and comes back on the Eurovision stage with an extraordinary concert, specially made for the show on Sunday. Elena has prepared a unique audio-visual experience, in an extended stage formula, with re-orchestrated songs, with five spectacular outfits and hits which have already become evergreens. Some of the songs will be: "Mamma Mia", "Echo", "The Balkan Girls" – the song which has represented Romania at Eurovision 2009 -, "Disco Romancing", "I adore you", "Till morning", "Midnight Sun". Alongside a surprising collage, Elena will perform all these wonderful songs on the specially arranged stage and located in the Rudolf salt mine.

One of the few vocal bands in Romania who adopts the pop-opera style, Ad Libitum Voices, will perform on Sunday, in the impressive scenery from Salina Turda, a series of hits in a specific note. Tiberius Simu, Sergiu Coltan – tenors, Vlad Morar – bariton and Cristian Ignuţa – bass, will open the show together with the young interpreter Katia Cărbune, with the song "My heart is breathing you". The band’s performance will continue with hits such as: "Caruso" (Lucio Dalla), "The tree" (Aurelian Andreescu) and "The wedding" (Phoenix).

The RAI legal department has ruled that Ermal Meta and Fabrizio Moro will remain in competition at the Sanremo Festival 2018 with the song "Non mi avete fatto niente"
"Following the technical evaluations carried out, Rai believes that the song interpreted by Ermal Meta and Fabrizio Moro should not be excluded from the competition, as it complies with the new requirements of the Sanremo regulations in force since 2013.
According to the regulation, it is allowed to use excerpts of songs already published, within the limits of a third of the new song. The song "Non mi avete fatto niente" contains excerpts of the song "Silenzio" in less than the third of its overall duration, so the fact that the song "Silenzio" was already available to the public, does not affect the novelty of the song in the race.
Although the refrains of the two songs are partially overlapping, in music and lyrics, the sum of the excerpts used does not exceed one minute and three seconds on the total duration of the same song of three minutes and twenty-four seconds, and is therefore less than one third of the whole song. The two songs therefore, although having analogies, are not the same song, so the song remains in the race".

03. LAUD - Waiting
LAUD is a stage name of the Ukrainian singer and composer Vlad Karaschuk, under which he began performing in the spring of 2017 after signing a contract with manager of Jamala Igor Tarnopolsky and the label Enjoy Records.
Vlad Karaschuk was born in Kyiv on October 14, 1997 in a family of professional musicians. Vlad began to learn music at the age of four, attended private lessons, and then entered the music school for guitar. Already then he began to take part in guitar competitions. After graduation from the school, Vlad entered the Kyiv Gliere Institute of Music at the department of pop vocal. In parallel with his studies in Kyiv, he studied at the American Music Academy. From the age of 9 Karaschuk took part in children's vocal competitions, among which are "Krok do zirok", "Black Sea Games", "Slavic Bazaar", "Junior Eurovision" and "Kids New Wave" preselections. Practically in all of them he became a diploma winner or a laureate.
Producers of the contest "New Wave" noticed a talented guy and began to invite him to their concerts, where he was invited to perform duets with the already recognized pop stars, such as Ivan Dorn or Dima Bilan. Also as a cover-band soloist, Vlad performed at the Kaunas Jazz Festival in Lithuania and drove through the cities of Germany. Millions of viewers remember his performances of hits "Seven Days", "Running", "Killing Me Softly" and "Happy", which revealed his performing talent and unique manner.
Then the performer was offered to collaborate with the manager of Jamala Igor Tarnopolsky. This is how the new stage of Vlad Karaschuk's career started under the name LAUD. The official start is considered to be his debut on May 12, 2017 on the stage of the Kyiv Palace of Sports as a warm-up act at the solo concert of Jamala, during which he presented the eight thousandth audience three new selfwritten songs. Two weeks later, all of the leading radio stations in Ukraine launched his debut single, and in the middle of summer, on July 19, premiered the first music video, "U tsiu nich." At the moment, the video was seen over 200 thousand times.
The next single "Ne zalyshai" was released on December 12, 2017 at the same time as the music video and by the end of the week topped the chart of the Ukrainian iTunes Store. Currently LAUD is working on the new material and is preparing for his first solo concert, which will be held on March 21, 2018 in the Kyiv club Bel étage.
"Song Waiting is about human imperfection, different ways of dealing with this imperfection, ways to find your own individual version of how comfortable it is for you to live, and how to cope with all the difficulties in life. I wrote the song with the sound producer Morphom, and the lyrics were written by Katya Rogovaya.
The stage performance will be very bright. With me on stage will be five backing vocalists, the song is very deep, and it needs a large number of vocals. And these guys will be involved also creating characters in the stage presentation. The performance will be unusual, interesting, connected with the concept of the song itself. The stage director is Konstantin Tomilchenko who also worked on Jamala's Eurovision staging"

SuRie is to represent the United Kingdom at the 63rd Eurovision Song Contest, which will take place this May in Lisbon, Portugal. SuRie took to the stage alongside five other hopefuls who all battled it out for the honour of representing the United Kingdom at Eurovision 2018 in a live 90-minute musical extravaganza on BBC Two presented by Mel Giedroyc and Måns Zelmerlöw.
SuRie will be performing Storm, which was written by Nicole Blair, Gil Lewis & Sean Hargreaves.
With classical roots in piano, voice and oboe, SuRie's musical career started as a child soloist, performing for the likes of HRH Prince Charles in iconic British venues such as The Royal Albert Hall and St. Paul's Cathedral and at venues all around the world, such as St. Mark's Basilica in Venice. A graduate of The Royal Academy of Music, she started writing songs when she was just 12 years old. SuRie has held residencies in jazz lounges throughout London and performed backing vocals for artists like Chris Martin and Will Young. She has prior Eurovision experience as she was a backing vocalist and dancer for Loic Nottet at Eurovision 2015 in Vienna, Austria, representing Belgium with Rhythm Inside. She returned two years later as Musical Director for Blanche’s City Lights in Kyiv, Ukraine last year. Both entries came fourth in their respective finals. Real name Susanna, SuRie is a combination of forenames Susanna Marie.
Eurovision: You Decide was broadcast live on BBC Two from The Brighton Dome, Brighton on Wednesday 7th February, featuring performances by six competing acts. The winner of Eurovision: You Decide 2018 was decided by a combination of viewer and expert jury votes. The expert panel comprising of Rylan Clark-Neal, Rochelle Humes and Tom Fletcher were also on hand to offer advice. As well as the acts battling it out for the public’s votes, the jam-packed 90-minute live show featured performances from 2017 Eurovision Song Contest UK delegate, Lucie Jones and 2015 Eurovison Song Contest winner, Måns Zelmerlöw.On how she feels to be representing the United Kingdom at Eurovision 2018, SuRie said: “I can't believe this is happening, it's absolutely amazing. It's such an honour to have the opportunity to represent a country I'm very, very proud of and that I know I can do good things for in Lisbon, so thank you to everyone who voted and supported me. Starting from 9 February postcards will be broadcasted on Belarus 1 channel in the morning show "Dobrai ranitsy, Belarus!".
All postcards run for 30 seconds. This is the time it takes to replace the props and prepare the next stage performance during the live broadcast of the final gala concert, where the performance of each artist will be preceded by the postcard.

Entry "Non mi avete fatto niente" Ermal Meta and Fabrizio Moro remains in the race at Sanremo 2018. The official decision was revealed during the press conference.

Song of Meta and Moro is considered to be run-away favourite for the victory in the festival.

Sanremo rules prescribe the competing songs to be absolutely new, their music or lyrics in full or in part should never be performed in public before the show. Sampling is allowed in case it doesn't constitute over 1/3 of the "new" song.
2016 song was not released officially, but registered in copyright association, and there are evidences that it has been performed in public.
Similar cases of the past years: in 2006 song of Cristicchi was cleared, in 2008 Berte disqualified, in 2012 Civello cleared, in 2014 Sinigallia disqualified. Most similar is the case of Chiara Civello, whose entry remained in the contest despite taking part two years ago in the newcomers section performed by different singer Daniele Magro. However, in 2014 Riccardo Sinigallia was disqualified for public performance of his song before.

KOZAK SYSTEM is an Ukrainian rock band, constantly representing modern Ukraine at the European and world music festivals. During the existence of the band the artists visited with concerts 18 countries of the world, where they performed on the same stages with the world stars, such as Prodigy, Sting, Sex Pistols, etc. The group was founded in 2012 in Kyiv. As of 2017, they have released three records: "Shabla" (2012), "Pisni samonavedenya" (together with Taras Chubai, 2014) and "Zhyvy i Lyuby" (2015). The release of the fourth longplay is planned for 2018. The band consists of five musicians: Ivan Lenyo — vocals, accordion, keyboards, Oleksandr Demyanenko — guitar, mandoline, backing vocal, Volodymyr Sherstyuk — bass, backing vocal, Serhiy Borysenko — drums, backing vocal, Sergiy Soloviy — trumpet, keyboards, backing vocal.
"Our song is called "Mamai". We will perform it in English, we argued and doubted this decision for a long time, as for us it's better to sing in our native language. However, since we are planning to become the representatives of Ukraine, then, in Europe, it's better that people understand what you are singing about.
This is such a rather mystical story, about the image of the Cossack Mamai. Rather, the image that has developed historically, and every man who lives now, at this time, somehow has features similar to him. Or we all would like to have similar features. After all, the evolution of men all the time is moving forward and, if you look at the fashion or on some thinking trends, then from Neanderthal men to today's men, there were a lot of different stages. And what is happening now, we do not really like. We would like men to be more courageous, more masculine, more intelligent, wise, elegant, cultured, and that's exactly what the song "Mamai" is about - such a generalized image of the Cossack that we imagine.
In fact, this is an image of knightly virtue. In every country there are knights that are know all over the world, for example we know the musketeers in France, we know samurais in Japan, hajduks in Romania and so on. We have similar Ukrainian knightly tradition, the Cossack tradition. And in any case it is not a tradition of some kind of sharovars, drinking horylka or robbery. These are imposed images for us, for Ukrainians, in which we ourselves have already believed. We want to just relaunch the original source of this word. Mamai is a Ukrainian sacred image of a man, a defender, a traveler, a poet, a philosopher", the members of the band told.

Semifinals of the Eurovision 2018 for the first time since 2005 will be aired on Swiss German language station SRF 1. Usually, they were aired on 2nd channel of SRF, as well as the national preselection, and only international final got aired on SRF 1.
Line-up of the international jury operating at Swiss preselection has been released. Tickets for the final of Serbian preselection Beovizija have been released at ticket offices of Sava Centar, costing 800, 1000 and 1200 dinars. The 17 Beovizija 2018 songs will be released tomorrow at 12pm CET.
First Saara Aalto's entry, which will be presented on 9 February is titled Monsters.
O.Torvald will perform in the first semifinal of the Ukrainian national selection for the "Eurovision-2018"The first semi-final of the Ukrainian National selection for the Eurovision-2018 is coming soon. Filming of the postcards for the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest is under way in Portugal. We went behind the scenes and caught up with Cesár Sampson, Austria's representative for 2018.As is now customary, during the live broadcast of the Eurovision Song Contest, short films are shown between each national entry, known as postcards. The theme for the postcards this year is Welcome To Portugal and has been developed by RTP, Host Broadcaster of the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest.
All the participants of Eurovision 2018 will travel to Portugal in the coming weeks to film their individual postcards. Each artist will be given an activity or challenge. For his postcard, Austria's Cesár Sampson got on his bike - literally!
After the filming was completed Cesár said: "It’s exciting being back in Portugal, where in just three months the Eurovision Song Contest will take place! Things are slowly gaining momentum, I can feel it! I have fond memories here from my early years as a touring musician, but now during our ride through the surreal rocky area of Mount Monsanto, we have created some more! Breathtaking!"

Julia Samoylova will represent Russia at the Eurovision 2018 once again with the song composed by Leonid Gutkin, reports Teleprogramma. Gutkin, together with his co-writer Gabriel Alares was behind Russian entries 2013 and 2015, as well as Moldovan entry 2016, however song for 2017 he wrote with Israeli duet Amber Revival. It is not yet known who is co-writer for the 2018 song.

Белтелерадиокомпания сообщает, что в Европейском Вещательном Союзе изучили ситуацию и уведомили БТРК о том, что на международном конкурсе песни «Евровидение» в Лиссабоне певец ALEKSEEV может исполнить композицию «Forever» в её первоначальной версии, в той, которая прозвучала 11-го января 2018 года на прослушивании претендентов национального отбора в стенах медиахолдинга. Тем временем, в Лиссабоне прошли съемки посткарда представителя Беларуси. По сюжету каждый участник открывает для себя что-то новое в Португалии. Алексееву доверили завести механические часы на арке — главной достопримечательности Лиссабона.

В финале Национального отбора Украины на Евровидение-2018 выступит Джамала с премьерой песни "Крила". А финалисты исполнят попурри из песен-победительниц конкурса. Уже завтра, 24 февраля, в прямом эфире на телеканалах СТБ и UA:ПЕРШИЙ состоится главное музыкальное событие страны - определение победителя Национального отбора на "Евровидение". В финальной битве сойдутся VILNA, The Erised, LAUD, KADNAY, TAYANNA и MELOVIN, и в конце вечера мы, наконец, узнаем, кто из них представит Украину на международном песенном конкурсе в Лиссабоне.
Откроет финал Национального отбора-2018 попурри из самых ярких песен-победительниц "Евровидения" в исполнении всех шести конкурсантов. А украшением вечера станет премьера песни "Крила" от победительницы "Евровидения-2016" и члена жюри Национального отбора Джамалы.
- Песня "Крила" о том, что каждому из нас нужна поддержка других людей. Я не люблю понятие selfmade, потому что, на мой взгляд, оно неправдивое и возвышает нас над остальными. Мы рождаемся в определенных семьях, родители направляют нас, воспитывают, вкладывают в нас свою любовь. На каждом этапе нашей жизни встречаются люди, которые нам помогают, вдохновляют и окрыляют. Особенно это важно в тяжелые мгновения, когда ты сидишь и думаешь: "Ну, почему я? Почему именно мне достаются самые сложные испытания? Почему другие люди живут счастливо, а я самый несчастный?" В эти минуты тебе и нужны эти крылья, будь то вера, ангел или любимый человек рядом", - поделилась Джамала. Всю неделю шестерка финалистов провела в многочасовых репетициях, оттачивая свои выступления и работая над ошибками, на которые им указали судьи Нацотбора.
- На этой неделе у участников была возможность с помощью команды СТБ доработать свои постановки, чтобы в финале показать их такими, какими они их видят на основной сцене "Евровидения" в Лиссабоне. Кто-то исправлял ошибки, менял наряд, кто-то работал со светом или реквизитом; есть и те, кто уверен, что их номер и так хорош, и менять в нем ничего не нужно. Мы прислушались к пожеланиям каждого, а результат уже оценят зрители и члены жюри, - рассказывает руководитель Национального отбора Наталья Франчук
Правила голосования в финале Нацотбора не меняются: выигрывает артист, у которого сумма баллов от судей и зрителей будет выше. Если таких конкурсантов окажется несколько, победителем становится тот из них, у кого выше зрительский балл.
Параллельно с телеэфиром будет идти живая трансляция Национального отбора на официальных страницах канала СТБ: в Facebook под хештегом #EuroSTB2018, на Youtube-канале и сайте stb.ua. Трансляция будет идти в HD качестве и без перерывов на рекламу.
Звездными гостями бекстейджа станут: Виталий Дроздов, Дмитрий Шуров, Эктор Хименес-Браво, Тоня Матвиенко, группа LUMIERE, Наталья Гарипова и другие. А сразу по окончанию эфира зрители трансляции первыми увидят эмоции и интервью победителя Национального отбора-2018.

Жюри будет составлено из группы экспертов музыкальной индустрии, назначенной 1in360, в которую войдет глава делегации Сан-Марино Алессандро Капиккьони. Кристоф Штрауб (основатель Global Rockstar) и Зои Штрауб не будут участвовать в этом жюри.

3.17 млн зрителей наблюдали за финалом "Unser Lied für Lissabon" 4.42 млн зрителей следили за прямым эфиром "Unser Lied für Lissabon" в пике в четверг вечером на телеканале Das Erste. В среднем, это дало цифру в 3.17 млн зрителей. Доля 105-минутного отборочного шоу составила 9.9%.
Михаэль Шульте одержал победу с песней "You Let Me Walk Alone", которую он написал вместе с Томасом Стенгордом, Ниссе Ингверсен и Ниной Меллер в авторском лагере Евровидения. Стенгорд был также со-автором песни-победительницы Евровидения 2013 "Only Teardrops". С 12 баллами от всех категорий голосующих - телезрителей, панели Евровидения и международных экспертов, Шульте стал фаворитом шоу.

Группа Eye Cue представит Македонию на Евровидении 2018. Они исполнят песню "Lost and Found", которую написал Боян Трайковски, а аранжировку подготовил Дарко Димитров. Согласно правилам национального отбора, комиссия МРТ единогласно пришла к выводу, что отобранная для конкурса композиция "Lost and Found" лучше всего прозвучит в исполнении группы Eye Cue - собственной группы автора песни, в которую также входит вокалистка Мария Ивановска.
На участие в отборе поступило 382 песни местных и зарубежных авторов и жюри, в которое вошли музыкальные журналисты и представители общественного вещателя выбрали песню Eye Cue как лучшую из заявок. Сначала в три раунда голосования они определили короткий список из 12 лучших композиций, и затем выбрали победителя.
В комиссию вошли: Мэри Попова - координатор проекта Евровидения 2018 и редактор отдела культуры и искусства MTV1, Каролина Петковска - редактор отдела развлекательного вещания MTV1, Александра Йовановска - редактор и ведущая музыкального шоу MTV1, Авни Каили - редактор отдела культуры и искусств MTV1, Бранка Костич Маркович - музыкальный журналист и критик, Андрияна Йовановска - музыкальный обозреватель ReporterMK, Марко Марк - музыкальный журналист "Канал 777" и ведущий "Телма", и Антонио Димитриевски - редактор "ВистинаМК" и продюсер "Македонского Радио Фестиваля".
Комиссия единогласно пришла к мнению о том, что выбранная композиция имеет современное звучание, впечатляющий припев и текст, а также содержит выдающиеся и оригинальные вокальные возможности исполнителей.

08. ILLARIA - Сила
ILLARIA — украинская певица, композитор и поэтесса. Современники оценивают ее творчество как новое дыхание украинской этнической музыки. На отечественной сцене ILLARIA отличается своим мистическим образом, оригинальным репертуаром и чувственным сильным голосом. За любовь к украинской лирике и народным песням артистку часто называют "душой страны". Профессиональное музыкальное образование получила в КИМ им.Р.М.Глиера где преподает вокал. За 10 лет сольного творчества ILLARIA записала четыре студийные пластинки, выступала на лучших фестивалях Украины, побывала с гастролями в Канаде, а также многих странах Европы и Азии.
ILLARIA уже была финалисткой Национальных отборов Евровидения в 2014 и 2017 годах, также входила в состав национального жюри конкурса. В этом году ILLARIA будет бороться за право представлять страну со своей песней "Сила", которую будет исполнять на двух языках.
"Я ее написала сама, написала ее на двух языках. Я вложила в нее не только музыкальную мысль, а и определенный месседж. И сейчас эта песня является саундтреком моей жизни, она абсолютно честная и совпадает с тем, что я сейчас чувствую. В ней есть украинский колорит, давний, древний, этнический... Именно такую Украину я и хочу представить: сильную, мощную и этническую.
Эта песня мне приснилась. Я проснулась ночью и написала ее от начала до конца. Это, своего рода канал, который тебе открывается, тебе присылают песню, ты ее записываешь и реализовываешь ее физически здесь, на Земле. Я очень счастлива, что она именно про Украинскую землю. Но она и для украинцев, и для европейцев очень важно донести идею песни другим людям, потому что вокалист - это не только поющая голова, - это еще и думающая голова. И я хочу, чтобы мои мысли тоже были поняты"

Опубликован список песен, которые примут участие в немецком отборе "Unser Lied für Lissabon". Их музыкальный спектр лежит в поле от поп-музыки до фортепианных баллад до "новой фолк музыки". Три из конкурсных песен были написаны в рамках специального авторского лагеря с участием местных и зарубежных авторов, прошедшего в январе. Все песни будут представлены публике 20 февраля, за два дня до национального финала.

В Португалии полным ходом продолжаются съемки посткардов участников Евровидения 2018. В настоящее время в стране находятся представители Франции Madame Monsieur, Чехии Миколас Йозеф и Мальты Кристабелл. Съемки французского дуэта прошли на севере-западе страны в Виана-ду-Каштелу, а Миколас побывал на северо-востоке в Маседу-ди-Кавалейруш.
В субботу, 10 февраля, в прямом эфире на телеканалах СТБ и UA:ПЕРШИЙ стартовал Национальный отбор на "Евровидение-2018". Параллельно с телеэфиром, в HD качестве и с уникальным контентом во время рекламных пауз, прямая трансляция Нацотбора шла на официальных страницах СТБ в Facebook, Youtube и на сайте stb.uа. Общий просмотр live-трансляции первого полуфинала взял рекордные показатели, составив почти 300 000.
Меньше чем за сутки (с 19.00 9 февраля и до 12.00 10 февраля) количество просмотров трансляции пользователями Facebook превысило отметку в 150 000, а органический охват составил вдвое больше. На сегодня показатель просмотров уже превысил 162 000, вовлеченность выше 27 000, а общий охват более 344 000. И эти цифры продолжают расти. Трансляция в Facebook собрала почти 500 репостов, более 2300 лайков, 5,4 тысячи комментариев, а количество показов пользователям достигло полумиллиона.
На сайте СТБ live-трансляция первого полуфинала Нацотбора собрала 20 962 пользователя и более 34 000 просмотров. Для сравнения, показатели трансляции прошлого года (без включения на бекстейдже) составили 11 603 пользователей и 19 743 просмотра.
На Youtube-канале СТБ прямая трансляция первого полуфинала собрала 91 827 просмотров. На пике ее одновременно смотрели 10 687 пользователей (в прошлом году - 6 571). Всего в Youtube зрители насмотрели на 2 047 536 минут, это почти 4 года беспрерывного просмотра, и оставили около 10 тысяч комментариев.
Напомним, во время рекламных пауз в телеэфире пользователи Facebook, Youtube и посетители сайта СТБ впервые смогли увидеть все, что происходит за кулисами Национального отбора: подготовку артистов к выходу на сцену, перестановку реквизита, первые эмоции после выступления, интервью судей, звездных гостей и многое другое.
Ведущими прямой трансляции с бекстейджа первого полуфинала Нацотбора-2018 стали корреспондент программы "Вікна-новини" Артем Сорокин и журналистка СТБ Виктория Юрчук. Общий хронометраж прямого эфира с бекстейджа составил 2 часа: 6 включений по 6 минут и одно продолжительностью 1 ч 20 минут во время перерыва на голосование.

Франка Бателич представит Хорватию с песней Crazy Бранимира Михальевича на слова самой певицы. Сегодня в 14:00 местного времени (16:00 Москвы) певица станет гостьей на втором радио Хорватии, где поделится своими первыми эмоциями от участия в конкурсе. "Я буду представлять Хорватское Радио и Телевидение и Республику Хорватия на Евровидении. В связи с этим мне бы хотелось поблагодарить Хорватское Радио и Телевидение за их приглашение и уверенность во мне. Моя команда и я сама понимаем, какую ответственность несет данное выступление, мы готовы к этому вызову, и сделаем все от нас зависящее для того, чтобы представить Хорватию с наилучшей стороны в Португалии в мае"

03 - JULINOZA - Hto ya?
JULINOZA — группа, открывающая слушателю фантасмагорический мир нового поколения музыки. Ее создали композитор, пианистка и вокалистка Юлия Запорожец и барабанщик Игорь Чеботарев. JULINOZA стала участником и лауреатом многих международных фестивалей современной музыки, ее неординарные композиции можно услышать не только на радиостанциях Украины, но и за рубежом.
Трек "HTO YA?" был создан Юлией Запорожец специально для Евровидения-2018. Следуя за волшебной мелодией песни, слушатели совершат путешествие по далеким мирам в поисках себя.
"Это - песня-вопрос, в ней затрагиваются очень важные моменты, актуальные темы для всех людей вне зависимости от языка, национальности, возраста, социальных статусов - это поиск себя, поиск того, для чего мы все здесь. Может быть для тех, кто послушает песню, приоткроется завеса к ответу на этот вопрос.
Наш коллектив любит эксперименты, мы работаем обычно в стиле альтернативный джаз, есть какие-то композиции более приближенные к трипхопу с электроникой, а данная композиция, написанная специально для Евровидения, более приближена к неоклассике. Поп-дэнс культура сейчас в Европе уходит на второй план, и мы возвращаемся к истокам, в нее начинают вкладывать не просто настроение, но и какие-то глобальные смыслы", рассказала певица.

До финала белорусского отборочного тура международного конкурса песни "Евровидение-2018" осталось совсем немного. Уже в эту пятницу, 16 февраля, в прямом эфире телеканалов "Беларусь 1" и "Беларусь 24" будет объявлено имя счастливчика, который представит Беларусь на престижном музыкальном форуме в мае в Лиссабоне.
Тем временем Белтелерадиокомпания продолжает подготовку к финальному гала-концерту. Завтра в студии "600 метров" медиахолдинга начнется работа по монтажу оборудования и сцены. 15 февраля в "шестисотке" состоятся индивидуальные репетиции финалистов. Генеральный прогон шоу в режиме прямого эфира пройдет днем 16 февраля, сообщает пресс-служба БТРК.
Финальное шоу начнется в 22.15 и будет транслироваться из студии "600 метров" в прямом эфире на телеканалах "Беларусь 1" и "Беларусь 24" и в режиме on-line на сайте медиахолдинга tvr.by. Прямую трансляцию концерта также будет вести радиостанция Компании "Радиус FM" (103,7 FM).
Напомним, на финишную прямую главной музыкальной схватки страны вышли 10 конкурсантов, которые выступят в следующем порядке:

Ведущими гала-концерта станут Ольга Рыжикова и Тео.
Официальный представитель Беларуси для участия в международном конкурсе песни "Евровидение-2018" в Лиссабоне (Португалия) будет определен во время трансляции финала голосованием телезрителей и профессионального жюри по классической формуле 50x50.
По традиции, победитель получит специальную награду – стилизованное "евровизионное" сердце, изготовленное по заказу Белтелерадиокомпании стеклозаводом "Неман". Призы и подарки для победителя и финалистов подготовили и другие спонсоры проекта.
Пока же конкурсанты продолжают усиленно готовиться к зачетному рывку. Какие акценты претенденты расставили в своих номерах, на что делают ставки, в каких образах предстанут перед публикой – всех секретов финалисты не раскрывают, но обещают удивить, поразить и вырвать победу!
Организацию национального отборочного тура и дальнейшую подготовку белорусского участника к международному конкурсу песни "Евровидение-2018" осуществляет Белтелерадиокомпания как единственный в Беларуси член Европейского Вещательного Союза.

О своем первом треке "Monsters" певица говорит, что в нем есть все, что необходимо для Евровидения. Это танцевальная, красивая песня, которая с какой-то стороны олицетворяет саму Саару - она немного странна и мистическая. "Я странная и мистическая только потому, что я из Северной Финляндии!", смеется Саара. Песня "Monsters" родилась в Лондоне в рождественские каникулы 2017. Идеи четырех соавторов быстро сложились, и демо-версия была готова за 4-5 часов. "Еще в комнате для композиторов мы поняли, что эта песня просто создана для Евровидения. Никаких вопросов по ней больше не было", говорит Саара.
Певица рассказывает, что она радостный и яркий человек, но то, что она выросла посреди темного леса заметно в ее песнях. "Весь прошлый год я проходила через собственные страхи. Принимаю ли я саму себя такой, какая я есть? Но я не позволю своим внутренним демонам принимать решения, я сильная и справлюсь с ними".
Именно об этом и говорит песня - как справиться с травмами и страхами и оставить их позади, забыв о маленьких монстрах в твоей голове, не позволяя им решать за себя.

Португалия продолжает принимать артистов конкурса Евровидение 2018 для записи посткардов, и следующей там побывала певица Sennek (Лаура Грусенекен), представительница Бельгии на конкурсе.
После возвращения певица рассказала об этом опыте: "Какой фантастический день! Плавание на паруснике настолько расслабляющее, и, к счастью, у меня уже был некоторый опыт. Навигация по реке Тежу была моим желанием, и теперь я это поняла! Несмотря на холод внутри лодки, светило солнце"

По информации фан-клуба ИНФЕ Азербайджан окончательная версия конкурсной песни Айсель в настоящее время записывается в Лондоне. После этого пройдут съемки видеоклипа, а презентована она будет в середине марта.

Стал известен порядок выступлений в полуфинале словенского отбора EMA. Шестнадцать исполнителей сразятся 17го февраля в Студии 1 словенского телевидения за 8 мест в финале. Эфир шоу выйдет на 1 канале телевидения Словении, RTV 4D, Val 202, Radio Maribor and Radio Koper в 20:00 местного времени. Четыре лучшие песни будут выбраны телезрителями, и четыре - жюри отбора.

Юлия Самойлова исполнит на Евровидении 2018 среднетемповую песню на английском языке, певица рассказала в радио-интервью. Она отметила, что в настоящее время усиленно работает с педагогами, в том числе над английским произношением.
На вопрос лучше ли новая песня прошлогодней, артистка ответила: "Для меня - лучше. Она ближе к тому, что мне бы хотелось делать самой".
Певица лишь подтвердила, что над ее номером работает режиссер-постановщик Алексей Голубев, отметив, что ее пожурили за то, что она выложила эту информацию в соц.сети до получения разрешения от вещателя.
Певица отметила, что с учетом песни и номера, она рассчитывает на конкурсе на место не ниже пятого.
Премьера конкурсной песни состоится в марте, в районе встречи глав делегаций.
Разговаривая о Евровидении 2017, Самойлова отметила, что ей очень понравилось выступление победителя Салвадора Собрала.

Уже в эту субботу, 10 февраля, стартует Национальный отбор на Евровидение-2018. Прямые эфиры начнутся в 19:00 одновременно на телеканалах СТБ и UA:ПЕРШИЙ. Параллельно с телеэфиром СТБ запустит живую трансляцию на своей официальной странице в Facebook под хештегом #EuroSTB2018. Впервые пользователи соцсетей получат возможность почувствовать себя в эпицентре главного события года, в режиме реального времени наблюдая за всем, что происходит на площадке Нацотбора.
Трансляция будет идти в HD качестве без перерывов на рекламу. Что происходит за кулисами и на сцене во время рекламной паузы, как поддерживают артистов зрители и фанаты, интервью судей, членов команды Нацотбора, гостей прямого эфира и, конечно же, самих полуфиналистов – все это пользователи Facebook смогут увидеть, присоединившись к трансляции на официальной странице СТБ. Начало – в 19:00.
Напомним, всего запланировано 2 полуфинала (10 и 17 февраля) и финал (24 февраля), во время которого определится имя представителя от Украины.

Четвертый полуфинал отбора Румынии пройдет в Соляной шахте в Турде - на глубине 90 метров под землей - впервые в истории конкурса. Артисты заберутся на сцену в соляной шахте Рудольф, которая будет 50 метров в ширину и 80 в длину. Организаторам пришлось решить сложный вопрос о доставке 20 тонн оборудования под землю. Это - 13 км электрических кабелей, оптического волокна, триакса и элементов связи, которые имеют маршрут 500 метров. 7 дней ушло на то, чтобы опустить декорации и технические элементы в соляную шахту через старый колодец.
Для того, чтобы показать шоу в этих особых условиях, команда Евровидения рассчитывает на световое шоу, созданное с использованием 70 интеллектуальных мобильных головок и 70 обычных проекторов, звуковой системы с динамиками по периметру, а также 30 квадратных метров светодиодных экранов.
"Я никогда раньше не пела в соляной шахте, это новый опыт для меня, и я хочу передать все эмоции и радость шоу тем, кто будет наблюдать за нами. Все песни, которые я подготовил, были переделаны; хореографии были переосмыслены специально для этого уникального шоу", говорит Елена
Вокальная группа Ad Libitum Voices исполнит свои хиты в жанре поп-оперы. "Для нас большая честь присутствовать на сцене Евровидения, на сцене, где многочисленные артисты встретили свой успех и славу. Очень приятным сюрпризом стало также сотрудничество с Катией Кэрбун, чрезвычайно опытной девушкой, с которой мы любим работать", - заявили участники группы.
Прямой эфир шоу выйдет в воскресенье 11 февраля на телеканалах TVR 1, TVR HD, TVRi, TVR Moldova и TVR+ в 22:00 Москвы Ведущие шоу - Диана Думитреску и Чезар Оуату. В гринруме работать будет Лоредана Корчиш, продюсер региональной студии TVR Cluj.

Юридический отдел телеканала RAI принял окончательное решение о том, что песня Эрмала Меты и Фабрицио Моро "Non mi avete fatto niente" остается в фестивале Сан-Ремо 2018.
"После проведения технической экспертизы, телеканал RAI пришел к выводу, что песня Меты/Моро не должна быть дисквалифицирована с конкурса, поскольку соответствует правилам фестиваля, действующим с 2013 года.
Согласно правилам, разрешается в конкурсных песнях использовать цитирование уже изданных песен в размере, не превышающем треть новой композиции. Песня "Non mi avete fatto niente" содержит в себе цитирование песни "Silenzio" в размере менее трети ее общей длины, потому тот факт, что "Silenzio" была доступна публике ранее, не влияет на участие песни в конкурсе.
Хотя припевы обеих песен частично пересекаются как в плане музыки, так и текста, общая сумма такого пересечения составляет 1 минуту и 3 секунды при общей длине песни в 3 минуты 24 секунды, таким образом, составляя менее трети песни. Две композиции, хотя и несут определенные аналогии, в то же время не являются одной песней, потому новая композиция остается в конкурсе".

03. LAUD - Waiting
LAUD – это творческий псевдоним украинского певца и композитора Влада Каращука, под которым он начал выступать с весны 2017 года после подписания контракта с продюсером Джамалы Игорем Тарнопольским и лейблом Enjoy Records.
Влад Каращук родился в Киеве 14 октября 1997 г. в семье профессиональных музыкантов. Учиться музыке Влад начал в возрасте четырех лет, посещал частные уроки, а потом поступил в музыкальную школу по классу гитары. Уже тогда начал принимать участие в гитарных конкурсах. После окончания школы Влад поступил в Киевский институт музыки имени Р. М. Глиера на отделение эстрадного вокала. Параллельно с учебой он занимался в филиале American Music Academy. С 9 лет Каращук принимал участие в детских вокальных конкурсах, среди которых "Крок до зірок", "Черноморские игры", "Славянский базар", отбор "Детского Евровидения" и "Детская Новая волна". Практически на всех из них он становился дипломантом или лауреатом.
Продюсеры конкурса "Новая волна" заметили талантливого парня и стали приглашать его на свои концерты, где ставили в дуэты с уже признанными поп-звездами, в том числе с Иваном Дорном и Димой Биланом. Также в качестве солиста кавер-бенда Влад выступил на Kaunas Jazz Festival в Литве и проехался с туром по городам Германии. Миллионам зрителей запомнилось его исполнение хитов "Seven Days", "Running", "Killing Me Softly" и "Happy", которые раскрыли его исполнительский талант и уникальную манеру.
Потом исполнитель получил предложение сотрудничать с продюсером Джамалы Игорем Тарнопольским. Так начался новый этап карьеры Влада Каращука под сценическим именем LAUD. Официальным стартом принято считать его дебют 12 мая 2017 на сцене киевского Дворца Спорта в качестве разогрева на сольном концерте певицы Джамалы, во время которого он представил восьмитысячной аудитории три новые авторские песни. Через две недели на всех ведущих радиостанциях Украины стартовал его дебютный сингл, а в середине лета, 19 июля состоялась премьера первого клипа "У цю ніч". На данный момент видео посмотрели более 200 тысяч раз.
Следующий сингл "Не залишай" увидел свет 12 декабря 2017 года одновременно с видеоклипом и к концу недели возглавил чарт топ-песен украинского iTunes Store. В настоящее время LAUD работает над новым материалом и готовится к своему первому сольному концерту, который состоится 21 марта 2018 года в киевском клубе Bel étage.
"Песня Waiting - Ожидание. Песня - о человеческом несовершенстве, разных способах борьбы с этим несовершенством, способах найти свой индивидуальный вариант того, как тебе удобно жить, и о том, как справиться со всеми трудностями на жизненном пути. Песню написал я с саундпродюсером Morphom, и текст написала Катя Роговая.
Номер будет очень яркий. Со мной на сцене будут пять бэк-вокалистов, песня очень масштабная, и там нужно большое количество голосов. И эти же ребята будут задействованы, как персонажи в номере. Номер будет необычный, интересный, связан с концепцией самой песни. Режиссером выступил Константин Томильченко"

Белтелерадиокомпания продолжает подготовку к проведению финала Национального отборочного тура международного конкурса песни "Евровидение-2018". В медиахолдинге завершились съемки визиток для каждого из 10 финалистов, сообщает пресс-служба вещателя.
"По нашей задумке, каждый исполнитель окажется в своеобразной комнате воспоминаний. Это параллель с гримеркой, в которой артист настраивается перед выступлением. Используется сложная техническая конструкция, задействованы специальные проекторы. Создается эффект погружения вокалистов в видеоряд", – рассказал режиссер роликов Юрий Ярошик
С 9 февраля визитные карточки конкурсантов будут транслироваться в эфире "Беларусь 1". Первыми их смогут увидеть зрители программы "Добрай раніцы, Беларусь!".
Все визитки – по 30 секунд. Именно столько времени необходимо на смену декораций и подготовку следующего номера во время прямого эфира финального гала-концерта, где выступление каждого артиста будет предварять визитка.
Напомним, шоу пройдет 16 февраля в формате телевизионного концерта в прямом эфире "Беларусь 1" и международного спутникового телеканала "Беларусь 24". Начало концерта и прямой трансляции – 22.15.
Сегодня в "Кипрском доме" в Афинах прошла пресс-конференция представительницы Кипра Элени Фурейры, организованная ее лейблом Panik Records. В пресс-конференции приняли участие глава делегации Эви Папамихаил, генеральный директор телеканала CyBC Михалис Маратефтис и глава отдела по связям с общественностью Panik Records Георгис Арсенакос.
На пресс-конференции было рассказано о том, что песня Кипра будет динамичной, танцевальной, современной и содержащей этнические элементы, в частности игру на кларнете. По словам Папамихаил - комбинация Элени и Алекса - волшебная и они вместе зажгут на Евровидении с песней Fuego.
Сама Элени подчеркнула, что покажет все, на что она способна на сцене Евровидения, и надеется, что ее выступление окажется незабываемым несмотря на занятое место. Она также тепло отозвалась о композиторе Алексе П. и хореографе Саше Жан-Баптист, которая будет работать над конкурсным номером. Ожидается, что песня будет представлена в конце февраля с соответствующим видеоклипом на нее.

Песня "Non mi avete fatto niente" в исполнении Ermal Meta и Fabrizio Moro остается в числе участников фестиваля Сан-Ремо 2018. Официальное решение было озвучено сегодня во время пресс-конференции.
"Песня соответствует всем требованиям к "новым" песням. Потому она остается в конкурсе", заявил заместитель директора RAI1 Клаудио Фазуло. "Автор объяснил это переработкой своей старой песни в полном соответствии с правилами. Правила разрешают сэмплирование уже опубликованных работ в размене не превышающем 1/3 трека. Потому у данной песни все в порядке"
Что же касается вопроса о том, почему оригинальная песня (принимавшая участие в Sanremo Giovani в 2016) исчезла с сайта RAI в понедельник - Фазуло объяснил: "Ссылка была удалена по просьбе автора. Это его юридическое право на забвение".
Клаудио Бальони добавляет: "Как я понимаю, речь не идет о плагиате, а о самоцитировании отрывка из другой песни того же автора"
В песни Silenzio исполнителей Ambra Calvani и Gabriele De Pascali не просто звучала музыка припева, аналогичная новой песне Мета/Моро - но и похожий текст "Non mi avete tolto niente, non avete avuto niente, questa è la mia vita che va avanti oltre tutto e oltre la gente" VS "Non mi avete fatto niente, non mi avete tolto niente, questa è la mia vita che va avanti, oltre tutto, oltre la gente".
Песня Мета и Моро считается главным фаворитом на победу в фестивале и собрала более чем на 100 тысяч просмотров на Youtube, чем остальные участники фестиваля.

Песня 2016 не была выпущена официально, однако, зарегистрирована в организации по защите авторских прав. Есть свидетельства также о том, что композиция исполнялась публично.
Аналогичные случаи прошлых лет: В 2006 песня Cristicchi была оправдана, в 2008 Bertè дисквалифицирована; в 2012 Civello оправдана, в 2014 Sinigallia дисквалифицирована. Наиболее схож с нынешним случай Chiara Civello, чья песня осталась в конкурсе, несмотря на то, что два года назад принимала участие в отборе для новичков в исполнении другого исполнителя Daniele Magro. Однако, в 2014 Riccardo Sinigallia был дисквалифицирован за публичное исполнение своей конкурсной песни до этого.

KOZAK SYSTEM – украинская рок-группа, постоянно представляющая современную Украину на европейских и мировых музыкальных фестивалях. За время существования группы артисты посетили с концертами 18 стран мира, где выступали на одной сцене с мировыми звездами, такими как Prodigy, Sting, Sex Pistols и др. Группа основана в 2012 году в Киеве. По состоянию на 2017 год имеет три пластинки: "Шабля" (2012), "Пісні самонаведення" (совместно с Тарасом Чубаем, 2014) и "Живи i Люби" (2015). На 2018 год запланирован релиз четвертого лонгплея. Группа состоит из пяти музыкантов: Иван Леньо — вокал, аккордеон, клавишные, Олександр Демьяненко — гитара, мандолина, бэк-вокал, Владимир Шерстюк - бас-гитара, бэк-вокал, Сергей Борисенко - ударные, бэк-вокал, Сергей Соловей - труба, клавишные, бэк-вокал.
"Наша песня называется "Mamai". Исполнять мы ее будем на английском языке. Мы долго спорили и сомневались, все-таки на родном языке, конечно, петь лучше. Но так как мы, все-таки, планируем быть представителями Украины, то там, в Европе, все-таки лучше, чтобы люди понимали, о чем ты поешь. Это очень важно.
Это такая, довольно мистическая история, об образе козака Мамая. Вернее, образ, который сложился исторически, и каждый мужчина, который живет сейчас, в это время, так или иначе обладает чертами, подобными ему. Или мы бы так хотели, чтобы он имел подобные черты. Ведь эволюция мужчин все время двигается вперед и, если вы посмотрите на моду или на какие-то тенденции мышления, то от неандертальца до сегодняшнего мужчины прошло очень много разных этапов. И то, что происходит сейчас, нам не очень нравится. Мы бы хотели, чтобы мужчины были более мужественными, более мужчинами, более умными, мудрыми, элегантными, культурными, и вот именно песня "Mamai" как раз о таком вот обобщенном образе козака, который мы себе представляем.
Фактически, это образ рыцарской добродетели. В каждой стране есть рыцари, которые представлены на весь мир, к примеру мы знаем мушкетеров во Франции, мы знаем самураев в Японии, гайдуков в Румынии и так далее. У нас в такой же мере представлена украинская рыцарская традиция, козацкая традиция. И ни в коем случае она не есть традицией какого-то шароварничества, попойки Горилки или разбоя. Стал известен состав панели экспертов британского отбора Eurovision: You Decide. В него вошли финалист X Factor 2012 и телеведущий Rylan Clark-Neal, певица (S Club 8, The Saturdays) и телеведущая Rochelle Humes и певец, композитор, гитарист (McFly) Tom Fletcher.
Полуфиналы Евровидения 2018 впервые с 2005 года выйдут в эфир швейцарского немецкоязычного телеканала SRF 1. Обычно они всегда выходили в эфир на 2м канале SRF, как и национальный отбор, и лишь финал транслировался на первом.
Стал известен состав международного жюри, голосовавшего в отборе Швейцарии. В его составе были бывшие участники Евровидения Арцвик (Армения), Хулда Гейрсдоттир (Исландия), композиторы Сокол Марси, Клодиан Кафоку, Элтон Деда, Эдмонд Жулали (Албания), Эмма Асатрян (Армения), Dumé (Франция) и др. Билеты на финал сербского отбора Beovizija поступили в кассы Sava Centar, их стоимость составит 800, 1000 и 1200 динаров. 17 участвующих песен будут опубликованы завтра в 13:00 Москвы.

О.Torvald выступят в первом полуфинале Национального отбора на "Евровидение-2018"Близится первый полуфинал Национального отбора на Евровидение-2018. Уже в эту субботу, 10 февраля, в прямом эфире на телеканалах СТБ и UA:ПЕРШИЙ зрители увидят первую девятку участников, готовых представить Украину в Лиссабоне: СONSTANTINE, Сергей Бабкин, LAUD, группа KAZKA, The ВЙО, KOZAK SYSTEM, VILNA, PUR:PUR и The Erised.
По сложившейся традиции, в каждом прямом эфире Нацотбора также выступит звездный гость. В первом полуфинале это будет самая драйвовая группа страны - О.Torvald. Парни исполнят песню "Ліхтарі" из своего нового альбома "Бісайди", которую называют посвящением всем поклонникам группы в Украине и за ее пределами.
- Мне нравится, что в этом году, как и в прошлых двух, среди участников отбора достаточно много молодых интересных музыкантов. Их музыка прозвучит в прямом эфире на всю страну и обязательно найдет новых слушателей. Но самое важное, чтобы они понимали, для чего им этот конкурс, что они могут привнести в него и что он им может дать в плане творческого развития, - отмечает фронтмен группы Женя Галич. – Что же до нас, то 14 февраля мы презентуем видео на трек "Ліхтарі", после чего О.Torvald отправятся с концертами в Польшу, Германию, Чехию и Австрию

В Португалии прошли съемки посткарда представителя Австрии на Евровидении 2018 Сезара Сэмпсона. В этом году португальский вещатель RTP решил снимать посткарды под девизом "Добро пожаловать в Португалию". Каждая открытка снимается по индивидуальному сценарию, разработанному для каждого артиста.
Сезар Сэмпсон говорит: "Очень радостно наконец побывать в Португалии, где уже через три месяца пройдет конкурс Евровидение. Это время быстро приближается, я уже чувствую его! Во мне навсегда останутся воспоминания об этой красивейшей земле, и эта поездка создала множество новых - о необычной поездке на велосипеде по пересеченной местности среди каменистых ландшафтов Монсанто. Сегодня в 00.30 Москвы в эфир выйдет заключительное финальное шоу испанской Operación Triunfo. Несмотря на то, что песня для Евровидения уже выбрана - осталось узнать, кто же все-таки станет триумфатором этого сезона проекта.
В первом раунде каждый финалист исполнит один из мировых хитов по своему выбору, и двое худших по результатам голосования зрителей покинут борьбу. Во втором раунде каждый из оставшихся 3 финалистов вновь исполнит песню, которую он уже исполнял на самом первом концерте проекта - Gala 0, чтобы продемонстрировать свой профессиональный рост за эти месяцы.

Юлия Самойлова представит Россию на Евровидении 2018 вновь с песней Леонида Гуткина, сообщает Teleprogramma. Гуткин, вместе со своим постоянным соавтором шведом Габриэлем Аларесом, был автором песен России на Евровидении 2013, 2015 и Молдовы 2016, однако песню 2017 года он написал вместе с израильским дуэтом Amber Revival. Соавторы песни 2018 года пока неизвестны.

В Португалии начинаются съемки посткардов, и на этой неделе туда уже отправится представитель Чехии Миколас Йозеф.
Перед жеребьевкой итальянский телеканал RAI попросил ЕВС права голосовать во втором полуфинале конкурса - это было сделано, чтобы избежать конфликта эфира Евровидения с финалом шоу Голос Италии, который пройдет 8 мая.
Футболист IFK Norrköping Guðmundur Þórarinsson поменялся местами с песней Borsa своего авторства в исполнении Gyða Margrét Kristjánsdóttir и Þórir Geir Guðmundsson и исполнит песню Litir в первом полуфинале исландского отбора. Это произошло потому что в день второго полуфинала его команда будет играть матч на Кубок Швеции.

В этом году зрителей ждёт сюрприз — комментировать популярный конкурс будут остроумные и зажигательные ведущие шоу "Авторадио" "Мурзилки Live" Брагин, Гордеева и Захар.
Фестиваль "Сан-Ремо" снова в эфире телеканала "Время". Это пять незабываемых вечеров итальянской песни. Ведущие "Мурзилки Live" не только прокомментируют событие в российском эфире, но и вместе с гостями студии в "Останкино" обсудят современные тенденции в музыке Италии, расскажут о традициях этой солнечной страны и самых живописных местах "Цветочной Ривьеры" Лигурийского побережья; вспомнят и фестивали "Сан-Ремо" разных лет.
Россияне всегда с большой любовью относились к итальянской музыке — в советское время, когда фестиваль в Сан-Ремо транслировали по телевидению, его смотрела вся страна. Сегодня такой же популярностью у публики пользуется разве что "Дискотека 80-х" — международный музыкальный фестиваль "Авторадио", в афише которого неизменно много тех же легендарных итальянских исполнителей, чьи имена не раз становились украшением и конкурса песни в Сан-Ремо — Toto Cutugno, Pupo, Al Bano, Ricchi e Poveri, Riccardo Fogli…
Ежегодный музыкальный конкурс в Сан-Ремо собирает талантливых исполнителей итальянской песни со всей страны. Ведущими фестиваля этого года станут легенда итальянской эстрады и художественный директор фестиваля Клаудио Бальони, актриса и телеведущая Мишель Хунцикер и актёр Пьерфранческо Фавино. Последние 40 лет фестиваль неизменно проходит в театре Аристон города Сан-Ремо на побережье Лигурии.
Правда, в этом году изменились правила: теперь никто из участников не выбывает из конкурсной программы, и в финале снова выступят все 20 конкурсантов, тем самым усиливая драматизм интриги и ожидания победы. Кроме того, один из дней будет посвящён дуэтам, когда артисты исполнят свои композиции вместе со специально приглашёнными гостями. Победителей конкурса, как и прежде, выберут по результатам суммарного голосования телезрителей, членов экспертного жюри и представителей прессы.

Заседание отборочного комитета было продлено на два дня. Это произошло из-за рекордного количества заявок, полученных в этом году телеканалом TVP.
